Orientation Period for New 直接金融 Employees
直接金融 has an orientation period for all new employees joining the company. New employees are subject to a standard 90-day orientation period. The orientation period is a period of time devoted to the evaluation of the employee in the new position. It is also a time for the employee to assess her or his aptitude and interest in the job.

We ask our employees to dress appropriately in business casual attire.Our goal is to provide a workplace that is professional, contemporary, and inclusive for all. Employees will demonstrate sound judgment when selecting clothes to wear to work whether onsite or while working from home.
